If you wish to discontinue receiving email, please contact support@webigo.com to opt-out of receiving further email from Webigo.
You are not authorized to send numerous unsolicited commercial e-mail messages to any e-mail addresses at www.webigo.com or its Members. Webigo reserves the right to take actions as may be necessary to prevent misuse of its e-mail system by unauthorized parties.
Anti-Spam Policy

Webigo values its relationships with ISPs and Blacklist administrators. We welcome the sharing of information regarding policies, practices and issues. If you are in a state that does not allow the limitation of liability for certain damages, the above limitation of liability or a portion of it may not apply to you. However, you acknowledge and agree that, without limitation to the foregoing, the entire liability, if any, of Webigo, its owners, employees, contractors, partners, affiliates, licensors and licensees arising out of any kind of legal claim, damages, losses, injuries, or claims of any kind or nature, whether in contract, tort or under any other legal theory, arising out of your access to, or use of, or inability to use, www.webigo.com or any material, content, products or services made available through www.webigo.com shall not exceed $5.00 or the compensation you paid Webigo whichever is less.

Release and Indemnification
You agree to release, defend and hold harmless Webigo, its owners, employees, contractors, partners, affiliates, licensors and licensees from and against any and all claims, costs, demands, losses, damages and expenses, including, without limitation, attorney's fees, arising from or relating to: (i) your access to or use of www.webigo.com or your breach of this Agreement of Usage or for any matter for which you are responsible or liable under the terms of this Agreement of Usage, or (ii) any dispute between you and any third-party, including, without limitation, any other user, any advertiser, or any party to any actual, prospective or terminated sale or transaction.

Some electronic transactions may require extended processing in addition to credit card authorization.
